Conditions

To qualify for a refund within the 30-day return window from the date of physical receipt, multivitamin complexes must remain completely unopened, unused, in their original condition, and with both the external seal and inner tamper-evident bottle membrane completely intact.

In compliance with Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, multivitamin complexes and oral food supplements are strictly non-returnable once opened, unsealed, or tampered with, due to biological hygiene and public health safety standards.

How to return an item

Contact the customer care team by email with your order reference number to request a return authorization
Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference code along with the designated UK return depot address
Pack the unopened products inside protective shipping packaging with your RMA number clearly noted inside the parcel
Receive your refund via direct bank transfer within 3-10 business days following technical warehouse inspection and approval

Who pays return shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay, we send a prepaid label or arrange a courier pickup. If you changed your mind, the return shipping is paid by you; we deduct nothing else.

Refund timing and method

The refund is issued within 3 business days after the item passes inspection. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account you name; bank-transfer orders go back to the same account. The bank usually posts it in 1-5 business days.

Exchanges

To exchange for another size, variant or product, follow the return steps and place a new order; we refund the returned item as soon as it arrives. If the exchange is due to our mistake, the new order ships at no cost.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled free of charge until it is dispatched. Write to [email protected] with the order number. After dispatch, the return procedure applies.
