What we collect

When you order, we collect what is needed to deliver: name, delivery address, email, phone and the order contents. We do not collect or store card data on this site. When you browse, the site records technical data, IP address, browser, pages visited, through cookies described below.

Couriers receive the delivery details. The payment provider receives what is needed to take the payment. Hosting and analytics providers process data on our behalf under a contract. We never sell personal data.

Nordhaven strictly adheres to United Kingdom data privacy statutes and never sells, rents, trades, or commercially transfers customer personal information to third parties.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as accounting law requires, then deleted. Account data is kept until you close the account. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, customers in the United Kingdom hold statutory rights to access personal records, request rectification of inaccurate data, demand data erasure, restrict processing, obtain data portability, and lodge complaints with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Security

Nordhaven does not collect, process, or store credit card, debit card, or electronic payment card credentials. All transactions are settled exclusively through Cash on Delivery or Direct Bank Transfer, making third-party card payment gateways and payment card industry compliance frameworks inapplicable to our checkout infrastructure.
