Nordhaven provides standard courier transit across the United Kingdom for our daily multivitamin and nutritional care formulations. Every package is dispatched directly from our registered UK distribution centre to maintain product integrity throughout the delivery journey.

Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Tracked courier delivery to your street address, building, apartment, city and postal code. A signature may be requested for orders above £60.

Pickup point

Collect at a partner pickup point or parcel locker near you. The parcel is held for 7 days before it is returned to us.

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with the order number as soon as the order is placed.

All multivitamin bottles are sealed with an airtight inner foil membrane, encased with an outer tamper-evident neck band, and packed inside shock-absorbing, climate-stable corrugated cardboard cartons to protect the active nutrients from mechanical shock and ambient humidity during transit.

Tracking your parcel

Upon carrier dispatch, an automated notification containing a tracking number and delivery portal link is sent to the customer via email and SMS.

Lost or delayed parcel

If the tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We open a trace with the courier and either resend the order or refund it in full, your choice, within 10 business days of the claim.

Damaged on arrival

If an item arrives with broken outer packaging or compromised safety seals, notify our support desk within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the outer box, shipping label, and affected bottle to arrange an immediate replacement.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier when the parcel is handed over. No prepayment is required.

Bank transfer

Pay to our company account; the details are shown after checkout and in the confirmation email. The order ships once the payment arrives, usually within one business day.

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for card or online-banking details by email or phone.

Delivery outside United Kingdom

We ship to selected countries. Costs and timeframes for each destination are shown at checkout before payment. Import duties, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
